About Coreline
The plumbing and excavation division of Sunset Hearth & Home — serving Central Oregon.
Built Around Service. Not Sales.
Coreline Plumbing & Excavation is the plumbing and excavation division of Sunset Hearth & Home. We were built on a simple idea: homeowners deserve a plumber who shows up, tells the truth, and fixes what's broken — without trying to sell them something they don't need.
We've been working in Central Oregon for over 20 years. In that time, we've seen a lot of plumbing companies shift their focus to new construction and walk away from service work. We went the other direction. Service and repair is the core of what we do, and we're proud of it.
When a job requires excavation, we handle that too — with the same crew, the same standards, and no subcontracting the work out to someone we can't vouch for.
The People Behind the Work
Seth Landin
Journeyman Plumber & Equipment Operator
Seth is Coreline's lead journeyman plumber — and the kind of tradesman who's genuinely hard to find. He's straight-talking, no-nonsense, and knows plumbing systems inside and out, from a kitchen faucet to municipal drainage. When the job calls for a machine, Seth brings thousands of hours of equipment operation experience to the site. He digs what needs digging and does it right.
How We Work
Honest Diagnosis
We tell you what's wrong and what it'll take to fix it. If a repair will do the job, we won't push a replacement.
Service First
Most of our work is servicing and repairing existing systems. That's not an afterthought — it's our specialty.
One Crew, Full Job
When excavation is part of the work, we handle it ourselves. You deal with one company, one invoice, one point of contact.
We Show Up
Central Oregon is our home. We're not driving in from Portland. When you call, we're close — and we follow through.
Licensed, Insured, and Local
Coreline Plumbing & Excavation is a fully licensed Oregon contractor (CCB #199575) serving Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook counties. We carry full liability insurance and stand behind every job we do.
